50 things about me

1. i was born may 16, 1983
2. i am the middle of 3 girls.
3. all of our names start with K.
4. and both my SIL do as well.
5. my mom also had a son before i came along. he died of SIDS at 3mo.
6. im short. i know this. people dont believe me until i make them stand right next to me.
7. i'm a brunette. never got highlights til after the twins were born.
8. i was born and raised the kasnas city, missouri area (NOT kansas. yes, its in both states)
9. i now live in south eastern virginia
10. i grew up playing sports. soccer mainly. then i had kids...
11. i graduated from oral roberts university and now do not use my degree.
12. i met matt through mutual friends who kept "pairing" us together because we are both short. 
13. i think he's one of the funniest people, even when i'm mad.
14. he is my best friend...and the complete opposite of me.
15. married since june 25, 2005.
16. i love the look of lower case type-hence the lack of "shift key usage". just indulge me. 
17. i'm a little bit introverted.
18. i'm part dreamer..
19. i don't have a strong opinion about much, but if i do, then ya better listen up!
20. i'm totally indecisive.
21. i married a pastor but don't view myself as a "pastor's wife". 
22. part of me longs to be more organized and "type A-ish" and the majority of me realizes it's never gonna happen.
23. if i was given one meal to eat over and over again, it would be spaghetti.
24. i do NOT like rules, boundaries, limitations, constraints...but have learned that I need them & how to function within them.
25. i'm naturally a slacker and work hard every day to be productive, but sometimes laziness wins.
26. i roll with the punches.
27. window shopping is my fav thing to do when someone has volunteered to watch the boys. 
28. my MIL got me hooked on listening to audio books while doing projects/ housework. 
29. i'm not a morning person or night person. i'm a sleep person.
30. i have no desire to ever run a marathon. none. not ever.
31. and the reason i started this blog...i think life is adventure-some you've done before and others you never think you would or could do.
32. i could eat cookies every day of my life.
33. i drink milk by the glassful.
34. i prefer to be barefoot or flip flops if shores are required. 
35. i spent my 21st birthday racing my dad's corvette on the Texas Motor Speedway.
36. i can plan to do anything, but i am horrible with the follow through.
37. i know i can't sing, but i do it anyways. 
38. never thought i'd say it, but i drive a mini van and love it! it makes my job being a momma lots easier.
39. i've been skeet shooting.
40. i daydream of vacations. that means NO kids. a family trip is what we call it when we bring the kids.
41. i never lived in the same house more than 3.5 years growing up. currently working on 4 in this house. maybe it's time to sell...
42. matt can sleep anywhere at any time and it frustrates me to no end. yeah, i'm jealous.
43. my favorite outfit is shorts & a hoodie.
44. i think my parents are cool. my in-laws too.
45. i like knowing the story and history behind people and things. 
46. therefore, i am now an ancestory.com nerd.
47. my best friend and i have been best friends for...well, since the day i was born. literally.
48. i have a secret love for classic cars. my dad taught me well.
49. i'm not sure where i pictured myself being at this time in life, but i guarantee it wasn't here...
50. now, i am the proud, gushing momma of 4 gorgeously handsome boys...within 3 years. love.
